Meet The Team

Luke Clarke

Starting with a brick laying apprenticeship, Luke quickly progressed to working with a number of large building contractors developing a specific focus on all sectors of the building industry.

A natural leader, he quickly progressed to running skilled teams and full sites. This route took Luke through all sectors, developing excellent knowledge along the way.

Now an experienced Property Developer running his own company CCP Developments.

Recent projects include redevelopment of the Old Police Station in Stone, with a contract value of £2.2m.

Dave Vickers

With a strong background in construction (5th generation) Dave focused on machine operating after leaving school.

Working on some impressively large projects over the years in rail, civil engineering, commercial and housing sectors brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.

This experience and complete dedication to the construction industry helped Dave achieve the highlight of his career - Winning UK Plant Operator of the Year 2021 !
